Oasis Outsourcing Kenya was established in Nairobi in 2017 as a social-enterprise BPO. Operating out of Royal Offices in Parklands, the company’s mission is to combat local youth and female underemployment by providing digital training and employment opportunities.
Oasis has developed a robust managed-workforce model, providing bilingual (English and French) customer support, data entry, virtual assistance, and accounting/bookkeeping services to small and medium enterprises across East Africa, the UK and North America.
