iSON Xperiences was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Dubai, UAE, expanding its delivery footprint to 35 centres across 22 countries. It initiated its Kenyan contact-centre operations in February 2011, primarily securing a master service agreement with a leading African telecom provider to execute inbound customer service, mobile-money support and dealer-helpdesk operations.
Redefining its delivery with conversational AI and speech analytics, iSON grew its Kenyan footprint to over 1,000 local professionals, with local African talent accounting for over 99.5% of its regional workforce.
