CCI Global Kenya is a major enterprise-scale BPO provider. The parent group, CCI Global, began cultivating African capability in 2006, first in South Africa. CCI Kenya launched in Nairobi in 2016 under Managing Director Rishi Jatania, who subsequently oversaw a 700% expansion of the local delivery workforce.
The company manages entire customer lifecycles — consumer sales, technical troubleshooting, digital marketing and back-office processing across voice and digital channels — with over 75% of its workforce drawn from youth placements. In May 2024 it commissioned a purpose-built, USD 50 million contact centre at Tatu City in Kiambu County, designed to house over 5,000 agents.
In April 2026, CCI Global finalised a major merger with Startek, establishing a global delivery network of over 15,000 employees and integrating conversational-AI models with human-centric CX workflows.
