    Fusion Communication Systems’ current public-facing product is GoDesk, a cloud contact-centre and omnichannel communication platform. The site lists inbound and outbound voice, SMS, WhatsApp, Zoho CRM and Desk integration, campaign management, call recording and analytics. 1

    GoDesk says its primary operations are in Kenya and that it serves businesses across six African countries. It does not publish a staffed outsourcing headcount or describe a city-level delivery team. The directory therefore records Kenya, not Nairobi, as the evidenced location. 1
