Flexi Personnel was founded in Nairobi in 2008, initially operating as a local executive-search and recruitment firm. The company engineered its growth by managing outsourced staff and payroll contracts for multinational organisations entering Kenya’s digital and manufacturing sectors.
Flexi Personnel subsequently expanded its operations to provide comprehensive Employer of Record (EOR), executive headhunting, tax-compliance and expat-relocation support. It has built a footprint across 45 African nations, with strong delivery capabilities in Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana and Francophone West Africa.
