Finsolution Consultants Limited was founded in 2011 by Managing Director Raphael Matu Wahome. Headquartered in StanBank House, Moi Avenue, Nairobi, the firm was established as a high-end corporate-finance and ICT-governance advisory.
Finsolution expanded its operations in 2015 by securing major public-sector contracts, including strategic planning for the Judicial Service and the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF). By 2020, the firm had expanded across East Africa — executing consulting projects in South Sudan, Rwanda and Ethiopia — and secured advisory partnerships with international development organisations including GIZ, KfW and the World Bank.
