    Digital Divide Data was established in 2001 and says it opened its Nairobi operation in 2011. Its current site identifies Kenya as one of four delivery-centre countries, while the Communications Authority of Kenya’s May 2026 BPO register lists Digital Divide Data Kenya Limited in Nairobi. 125

    DDD’s published service set covers AI training data, multimodal annotation, model validation, document digitisation, transaction processing, and finance and accounts processing. Its site also states SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certification; buyers should request the current assurance documents and confirm their scope for Kenya delivery. 23

    The current contact page does not publish a Kenya street address despite the other two current sources confirming the operation. Kenya-specific headcount, operating hours and facility coverage therefore remain direct-diligence questions. 4
