    KenInvest’s March 2026 sector pack includes Horizon Contact Centers among major BPO operators in Kenya. The company’s own detailed brochure describes inbound and outbound contact-centre services, but its PDF metadata dates that brochure to December 2010, so it is evidence of the provider’s history rather than current scale. 13

    The brochure’s contact-centre, finance, HR, analytics, staffing-capacity and round-the-clock claims remain historical context only. They are not carried into current structured service fields.

    Current verification is mixed: the official root URL returned an error during review, a legacy enquiry page remained accessible, and Horizon Contact Centers Limited does not appear in the May 2026 CA BPO list. Buyers should confirm the operating entity, licence, facility and service scope before using the company in a shortlist. 24
